Description
Planted for the first time by the Rocca family in the 1990’s at the hills of Barbaresco and San Rocco Seno d’Elvio (Alba), the Chardonnay vine offers a young and fragrant wine. Something that is appreciated for its beautiful floral and fruity characteristics, with a rich and decisive flavor. The wine does not carry out malo-lactic fermentation, helping to maintain these fresh notes.
Tasting Notes :
The wine reveals straw yellow color in the glass with aromas of intense golden apple, pear and nectarine with hint of camomile and acacia tone. The palate is dry and fresh with intense persistent finish.
