Description
From the piper nigrum family, this white pepper from Vietnam is harvested in the province of Nam Bô. Every care is taken as it is sorted by hand, grain by grain. Wild and musky notes are present and guarantee a pleasant taste journey.
Its caramelised flavours and camphor notes lend themselves perfectly to a fillet of white fish, a slice of warm goat’s cheese or fresh oysters.
It is recommended to use it ground.
