Description

Produced by Hakutsuru, Sayuri is a nigori, a type of sake with a cloudy, milky appearance. It leaves rice lees suspended in the bottle, which are the source of the aroma, flavour and mellow texture characteristic of nigori sake. This sake should be shaken well before serving.

A product ideal for mixology.
Serving temperature: Between 10 and 20°C.
