Description
The sparkling wine is an ‘extra brut’ with no residual sugar, a decision that was intentionally made to enhance the original flavor and achieve a natural balance between acidity, sapidity and structure.
Tasting Notes :
A floral and dry expression with a persistent fine bead. This prosecco is fresh, fragrant and dry on the palate. More than an apéritif sparkling wine but a wine you can enjoy throughout a dinner. Excellent with tempura or fried seafood.
