Description
Ripasso is the heart of the Valpolicella wine line, born from the respect for a product that is obtained after years of effort and a lot of work. In a single bottle, fruity and fresh notes of the Valpolicella native grapes can be found. It is accompanied by the enveloping touch of the second passage ‘Ripasso’ on the pomace of the Recioto and Amarone’s grapes.
Tasting Notes :
The Valpolicella Ripasso of “Vitigni di Ettore” expresses hints of violet, black cherry, tobacco, sweet spice and with a menthol note. On the palate, it is full with an excellent freshness with a nice tannic texture. Certified organic.
