Description
Trullo do Noha is a contemporary winery that has its roots in ancient times, continuing the Apulian tradition and in particular the vocation of Salento. The estate is in fact located right in the heart of Salento, in Galatina, on the ancient remains of an old winery dating back to 1800. Since its foundation, the winery has chosen a path of sustainability and deep respect for the territory and the environment, organizing the entire production with modern equipment powered exclusively according to energy saving and renewable energy; cultivated in certified organic farming.
Tasting Notes:
Obtained from 100% organic grapes, Trullo di Noha’s Primitivo del Salento is an enveloping and soft red wine with notes of cherry jam and carob, floral notes of violet, spicy notes of vanilla with toasted cocoa. Dry, tannic and warm, really soft with chocolate notes at the end. A perfect wine to drink immediately!
