Made with Glera and Pinot Noir, both vinified separately before combining together and second fermentation in autoclave for 30 days.
Tasting Notes :
Elegant light pink. Aromas of ripe raspberries and strawberries on the nose. Fresh and fruity on the palate with a velvety sparkling finish. Tastes best fresh with salted meat or fish, especially prosciutto or salmon sushi.
