Description
The name ‘Bel’ recalls the Phoenician god of fertility worshipped under various names throughout the Punic world. Made with 100% finest Syrah from the estate, part of the wine is aged for 6 months in French oak barrique (225 lt) while a part is preserved in stainless steel to mantain freshness, after blending and bottling it rests for a further 6 months in the bottle.
Tasting Notes :
Bel Syrah has a ruby-red colour with a purple rim revealing smoky aromas, scents of ripe berry fruits with hints of spices and a complex, cherry-blackberry flavour with an enduring finish.
